The collection is sheltered by the house where the painter Nicu Enea (1897 - 1960) lived and worked. The house was built in the early 20th century and donated by the painter's wife after his death to become a museum. The collection includes personal belongings, photographs, letters, 60 works of painting and graphics signed by Nicu Enea. The exhibition presents a large selection of the work of the artist from Bacău, student of the painter Camil Ressu, as well as of the painters Jean Al. Steriadi, Tonitza and others.
