The building was reconstructed on the place of his Prislop home, and organized as a memorial museum through the endeavours of professor Sever Ursa, with the support of the locals and the contribution of the writer’s wife and daughter. The exhibition includes the study, family photographs, other personal belongings of the writer, issues of the works of Liviu Rebreanu (1885 - 1944), published in this country and abroad.
