It was established in an old Moldavian house (built during the second half of the 19th century), and reorganized in 1970. The exhibits include personal belongings, toys, drawings, fairy tale books, the first original works, photographs, photocopies, manuscripts and the piano from the childhood of the musician George Enescu (1881 - 1955), born here.
