The museum hosts temporary exhibitions. It is a subsidiary of the Museum of the Eastern Carpathians Mountains and its main tasks include: the identification, research, emergence, development, conservation, restoration and valorization of the historic, ethnographic and artistic heritage on the territory of the Harghita county.
