Teleajenului Valley Museum - Berovoieşti str., Vălenii de Munte, was established in 1972 under the name of the "Teleajenului Upper Valley Nature Museum" in the town of Cheia, where elements of flora and fauna, endemisms from the area, as well as data were exhibited, hunting aspects, protection problems and the natural economy of the area. After the building was reclaimed, the museum was rebuilt in the town of Vălenii de Munte and inaugurated on September 30, 2009. It presents a synthesis of the area specific to this area – flora, vegetation, fauna, relief with naturalized exhibits of great scientific value, specific birds and mammals area, with plants and trees... displayed in their natural environment. It is an interactive museum, made in a modern way, arranged in a historical monument building.
