Suceava Planetarium opened in 1982, is the third planetarium in the country in opening order and the largest country in the size of the hall and dome diameter and is for used for projecting sky of that day, the sky in the northern and southern hemispheres, solar system, the visible planets, Galilean satellites etc. It consists of: projections hall (videos and documentary fund), astronomical observations terrace with telescope, exhibitions, library.
